Yes you can.

Although you can not upload a video, you can however embed a video in a text field (a page or work description) from youtube, vimeo or blip.tv for example.To show you how I am going to embed a video by Jayden Osborne on Vimeo.

Click the embed link in the video, a popup will open with the code. If you want to customize the player you have to do this before you copy the code.

Then go to manage your portfolio after logging into your fresh.li account. Now pick a page or work description where you would like the video to show up. I made a new page called How To Embed Video and pasted the code in the text field.

Click save and your done.
